“ Great food! We had a plate of mixed prosciutto di parma, smoked burrata, parmigiana di melanzana, tagliatelle with white ragu. All was amazing. We ended it off with a tiramisu and sbrisolona with zabiaone. ”
“ For all ham lovers!! Lady was very courteous. They have more than ham!! Their salad was so fresh and tasty. ”
“ Great food with amazing tasty dishes to start followed up by a pasta dish that took me by surprise. It was delightful... Also there were some friendly guests that when you travel on your own it is so lovely to have conversations with others. Great atmosphere and well recommended. ”
“ Very good and reasonably priced, for a city with overpriced restaurants. The cheese we had as a starter was very nice, paired with a Lambrusco jelly, that was divine. And then the homemade lasagna was perfect. I removed one star from service as when my husband started drinking his water, he noticed a piece of glass at the bottom of his water glass. We told the waiter and he immediately changed it. Otherwise everything was excellent. ”
“ A great foodexperience we would definitely recommend! Very kind people, delicious foo, good service and nice decor! Waiter helped us choose a good wine and gave us some info about the origin of the wine and its taste. We tried 3 different wines, that tasted very nice. We would reccomend to try some. He also brought us some pieces of parmigiano on a plate. That was very kind. Great cook! We had the rib eye and the platter with a mix of different meats. It was very tastefull and perfect medium rare as we wanted. The tiramisu and dessert wine were also great. ”
“ Always a pleasure to eat at Degusteria! Quality is super high, service is excellent. Cheese plate is a perfect starter, then I tried "pumpkin flan" which was a totally new experience for my vegetarian taste :) After 8:30 pm almost full, reservation required ”
“ We called on a Saturday afternoon and were lucky to get an early table and it turned out to be one of the best meals we had in Parma. The 'Verticale' Parmigiano tasting included an unforgettable 60-month aged cheese, while the 'Regio' board showcased an outstanding range of cured meats and pickled vegetables. The tortelli di erbetta were rich and comforting, and the torta fritta was perfectly light and airy. The surprise standout? The pesto di cavallo; raw minced horse meat, delicately seasoned and incredibly flavorful. A bold, traditional dish done right. Everything here reflects pride in Parma's culinary heritage. ”
